Sunday, February 8, Annual Vestry Meeting. All parishioners are encouraged to attend.
What happens at a Vestry Meeting? At annual vestry meetings, financial statements for the previous year are
received, church wardens, lay representatives and parish council members are elected and/or appointed, a budget
for the coming year is often passed and any other business connected with the temporalities of the parish is
transacted. Participants must be baptized and 16 years of age; must have at least 6 months involvement in the
parish; can only be a voting member of one one Parish only; the meeting is chaired by the Priest-in Charge/Rector. There is no quorum: in other words, those who show up constitute Vestry. We wish to have the
maximum number of people participate.

The Gathering Of the Community
Community Dinner
Community Dinner Occurs the LAST Friday of the Month.
A hearty meal with salad, rolls, drinks and dessert.
All Saints is the Host of the Event in the Church Hall and work with Community Supporters to provide the community this service of a Hot Prepared Meal.
Dinners will resume in after the winter break

Pampered Chef Fundraiser for Bethell Hospice
You can participate and purchase through our online event.

Please identify “Bethell” if you place an order and our lovely consultant Mary Mauro will continue to support Bethell going forward. Mary came for a lovely tour of the Bethell Hospice facility and was inspired to find ways to continue her fundraising efforts. Thank You to All Saints for hosting our community for this special collaborative event.
